These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of services provided by CPD Formulations, including online courses, in-person workshops, events, one-off online masterclasses and lessons.
2. Definitions
- "CPD Formulations" refers to the business entity operating under this name.
- "Customer", "you" or "your" refers to the individual or organisation purchasing or using our services.
- "Services" refers to all offerings including online courses, in-person workshops, events, one-off online masterclasses and lessons.
- "Content" refers to all materials, information, data, text, graphics, images, videos and other content made available through our services.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase and/or use our services.
4. Account Registration
To access certain services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
- We accept payment via credit card or debit card.
- Payments are only accepted via our online check-out page.
- You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases.
Service-Specific Terms
6. Online Courses
- Access to online courses is granted for the period specified at purchase.
- Login credentials are not permitted to be shared with others.
- Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or shared without written permission.
7. In-Person Workshops and Events
- Registration is required for attendance at all workshops and events.
- CPD Formulations reserves the right to make changes to the venue, speakers, or content if necessary.
- Participation is at your own risk. CPD Formulations is not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur during in-person events.
8. One-Off Masterclasses and Lessons
- One-off masterclasses and lessons are available for the duration specified at purchase.
- Recording of sessions is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
Intellectual Property
9. Ownership
All content provided through our services is owned by or licensed to CPD Formulations and is protected by Australian and international copyright, and intellectual property laws.
10. Permitted Use
You may access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from our services.
Refund Policy
11. Online Courses
- A full refund will be issued if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
- After 7 days, or if more than 10% of content has been accessed, no refund will be provided.
12. In-Person Workshops and Events
- A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 7 days of purchase, unless this falls within 14 days of the scheduled event, then no refund is possible.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled event.
- You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying CPD Formulations in writing at least 48 hours before the event.
13. One-Off Masterclasses and Lessons
- No refund will be provided for cancellations before the scheduled session.
- No refund will be provided after purchase of the masterclass or lesson.
14. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Liability and Disclaimers
15. Limited Warranty
CPD Formulations makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information but makes no warranties about the completeness, reliability or accuracy of this information.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPD Formulations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.

Changes and Termination

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mediation in Victoria, Australia. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
